GTAC Finance – Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GTAC Finance website (the “Site”) and purchasing our online courses (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site and Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Course Access and Use

2.1. Course Access

Upon completing your purchase, you will gain access to the course or content you selected for the duration specified on the course page. Your access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce the course materials unless expressly authorized by GTAC Finance.

2.2. Account Responsibility

You may be required to create an account to access the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.1. Pricing

The prices for our courses are listed on the Site. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time, but any changes will not affect courses already purchased.

3.2. Payment Processing

Payments for the Services are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a course, you consent to Stripe processing your payment details in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Stripe handles all credit card and payment information processing securely. GTAC Finance does not store your payment information.

3.3. Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other methods supported by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided the course has not been accessed. Once access to the course has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [members@gtacfinance.com] with your order details. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Stripe.

4.2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. To cancel, please contact our support team or manage your subscription through your account settings.

  1. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership

All content provided by GTAC Finance through the Site, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by GTAC Finance and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the course materials without express permission from GTAC Finance.

  1. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Site or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing or distributing pirated content
  • Harassing or harming others
  • Using automated tools or scripts to scrape data from the Site

Any violation of this conduct will result in immediate termination of access to the Services and potential legal action.

Our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

  1. Stripe Dispute Policy

In the event of a chargeback or dispute initiated by you through Stripe, GTAC Finance will work with Stripe to resolve the matter in a timely manner. Please refer to Stripe’s Dispute Resolution Process for more information.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site and Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maryland.
